Forms of Payment

We accept American Express, Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, checks and money orders.  You can use the shopping cart system to check out with PayPal, or simply to compute an order that you will complete by phone or with a check.  Please do NOT send your credit card information via email.  See How to Order for more information.

Order Processing Time

Rebeca keeps some items in stock, but most jewelry is made-to-order; please allow up to 2 weeks for your item to be made. 

Shipping

Orders are packaged in an organza gift bag or a gift box and are sent via US Priority Mail or UPS for international orders.  Shipping starts at $6.95 for domestic packages.  You will receive a shipping notification with tracking information when your items ship.

Custom Work

If you don't find what you are looking for, please let us know.  Whether you would like an item in a different metal, prefer different beads, or want us to create an entirely new design, Rebeca's creativity is at your fingertips. She loves making custom jewelry and is happy to work with you to create a one-of-a-kind piece.

Returns/Exchanges

If for some reason you are not happy with your Rebeca Mojica jewelry, please contact us and let us know why.  Refunds are available for non-custom work only if items are returned within 15 days after receiving the items. All pieces must be in the same condition as when sent to you. Exchanges are available up to 30 days.  Custom work is generally non refundable; this is decided on a case-by-case basis.
